It is difficult to think of the Canary Islands without the image of a spectacular beach with clean, calm waters where you can have a good swim and sink your feet in the sand while enjoying the sun, its privileged climate and clear, cloudless skies. All this is possible in its more than 1,500 kilometers of coastline, home to a great diversity of beaches for all tastes.

In the Canary Islands there are more than 500 beaches as different as they are unique. There are virgin beaches, urban beaches, family beaches, accessible beaches, isolated beaches? There are long beaches for endless walks, small beaches to lie in the sun and beaches to relax or to practice your favorite sport, either riding the waves or discovering the bottom of the sea. Because in the Canary Islands there are many beaches of different colors: blond sand, white, red and, of course, the amazing and almost magnetic volcanic beaches, with their black and shiny sand. And all of them can be enjoyed in any season thanks to the mild temperatures and more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year in the Canary archipelago.
